Start here

Sign up and sign in

Open your business account in a minute: business name, your name, mobile, email and a password. Every module is free during the trial.

How to use it

  1. Press Sign up on the front page or the sign-in page and fill in the short form.
  2. Open the email we send and click Verify email address — on any phone or computer, signed in or not; the link works for 48 hours. You will see Email verified, then sign in. No email? Check spam, or press Resend on the waiting page.
  3. Passwords need at least 8 characters with letters and numbers. Got a promo code? Type it in the form (or open the link you were given) for extra free days or a discount.
  4. Forgot it? Forgot password? on the sign-in page sends a reset link.

Good to know

  • Each login belongs to one business. Your team gets their own logins from Settings → Team members.
  • Turn on two-step login (authenticator app) from your profile for extra safety.

Welcome — set up your business

A few questions after signing up; each step is saved when you press Save & continue, so you can stop and come back.

How to use it

  1. Business: name, what you sell, city, phone, address and logo.
  2. How you sell: where orders come from and about how many a month — the system suggests the plan that fits (you choose it when the trial ends).
  3. Couriers: tick the ones you use; add their API keys later under Settings → Couriers.
  4. Products: add a few, upload your Excel / CSV list (download the template), or load samples.
  5. Team: give people their own login and role (up to your plan's limit); their passwords show once on the last step.

Good to know

  • Skip for now takes you to the dashboard; the Getting started checklist still shows what is left.
  • Samples and test orders can be cleared later with Go-live checklist → Remove test data (you choose whether your products stay).

Getting started

The few things to set up before taking orders, in order, each with a link to its screen.

How to use it

  1. Business details: phone, address, city (and a logo) — they print on invoices and parcel labels.
  2. Products (one by one or Import from Excel), then opening stock with cost prices.
  3. A courier account with its API keys — bookings and tracking then happen from here.
  4. Book one order end to end: confirm, pack, book the parcel.
  5. Optional: invite your team, connect Shopify, choose your plan.

Good to know

  • Everything here is a trial run: couriers stay in test mode (TEST- tracking numbers) and Shopify is read only. When ready, open Go-live checklist.
  • "Load sample products" fills a trial account with a few products to look around with.
  • Hide the checklist when you are done; it is still under Settings.

Go-live checklist

Try everything first — couriers and Shopify stay in test mode — then use this page to start working for real.

How to use it

  1. Work down the cards: green is ready, amber is to do or check, red must be fixed. Each item links to the page that fixes it.
  2. On the day: tell the team; press Remove test data (owner); import products and enter the opening stock; import customers if you have a list.
  3. On each courier press Go live, and in Stores → Shopify press Switch to live; then press We are live (type LIVE).
  4. Confirm, pack and book the first few real orders together with the team.

Good to know

  • Remove test data deletes all orders, customers, stock, purchases, expenses, complaints and payments. Leave Keep my products on to keep your products, brands, categories and suppliers (only their stock is cleared). Users, roles, stores, warehouses, settings, couriers, cities and the Shopify connection always stay, and a backup is taken first.
  • Never made test orders? You don't need to press it.
  • The page is in the menu once Getting started is done (until then open it from Getting started) and leaves the menu two weeks after going live.

Plan & billing

Your plan, what it includes, how much of each limit is used, your bills — and where the owner chooses or changes the plan.

How to use it

  1. On a trial: choose a plan before the trial ends. The first bill covers only the rest of the month.
  2. Upgrade: takes effect at once; the difference for the rest of the month is billed. Downgrade: from the 1st of next month.
  3. Pay by bank transfer with the bill number as the reference, then press I have paid on the bill (method, reference, a screenshot). It shows Reported until we confirm it — usually within a working day — and you get a receipt notice.
  4. An unpaid bill pauses the account a week after its due date; it opens again as soon as the payment is recorded.
  5. Download my data: every table as CSV files in one zip; the link arrives in the bell and works for 7 days.
  6. Close account: stays open to the end of the paid month (today on a trial), then no more bills; data is kept 30 days. Keep the account open undoes it until then.

Good to know

  • Only the owner can change the plan, download the data or close the account.
  • A screen your plan does not include brings you here with the plan that has it.

Help & support

Write to the people who run the platform from inside the app — a problem, a question, an idea. Answers come back here, in the bell and by email.

How to use it

  1. Write to us: a short subject and what happened — the screen, the order number, what you expected.
  2. Open a request to read the answer; the status shows Open, Answered or Closed.
  3. Urgent? The support phone and email are at the bottom of Plan & billing.

Good to know

  • The person who wrote gets the answer, and so do the owners.

My profile

Your own name, email, password and two-step login.

How to use it

  1. Change your password: at least 8 characters with letters and numbers.
  2. Turn on two-step login with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator); keep the recovery codes somewhere safe.
  3. Sign out other devices (type your password) after using a shared computer or losing a phone; this device stays signed in.

Good to know

  • Your owner may require two-step login for your role; then the portal asks you to set it up.

Sales & customers

Dashboard

Today's business at a glance: new orders, revenue, delivery ratio and what is happening right now.

How to use it

  1. Top cards compare today with yesterday and this month with last month.
  2. The chart shows booked vs delivered money for the last months.
  3. The right side lists the latest activity (bookings, deliveries, returns).
  4. Use the store switcher in the top bar to see one brand only, or all stores (it shows only when you have more than one).

Good to know

  • A red / yellow strip on top means something needs attention: the trial ending, a bill due, the monthly order limit, or Shopify. Click it to fix.

Orders

The orders of the store chosen at the top, in five work tabs — To confirm → Confirmed → Ready to pack → Packed → Dispatched — and History.

How to use it

  1. Chips inside a tab narrow it: My queue, No answer, Scheduled (To confirm) · Delivered, Returned, Cancelled (History). The strip shows the count and what is late; on Dispatched, the COD with each courier and in total.
  2. Click a row: it opens on the side with details, history and this stage's buttons. Open order for the full page.
  3. Green Confirm on a row confirms in one click; ⋯ has Pending, WhatsApp, Copy message and Print invoice.
  4. Tick orders: only this tab's buttons appear (Pack, Print invoices …).
  5. Searching (order no., phone, name, tracking, SKU) looks in every order, whatever the tab. Save view keeps tab + filters + search for one click later.
  6. Keyboard: ↑ ↓ choose, Enter opens, C confirms, P pending.

Good to know

  • Orange line on the left = pending for more than a day. Red = risky customer (many returns).
  • Packing (which books the courier) is only in Ready to pack.
  • Filter Product / SKU with "only these products" to find identical parcels together.

New order

For WhatsApp, phone and other orders typed by hand. Start with the phone number — the system fills the rest for returning customers.

How to use it

  1. Type the phone number. A returning customer's name, city and address fill in by themselves, with their order history badge.
  2. Check the name, address and city — capital / small letters are corrected automatically.
  3. Add products: search by name or SKU (pictures help). Adding the same product again increases its quantity.
  4. Set delivery charge, discount or advance if any. The COD amount is calculated for you.
  5. Press Create. The order goes to To confirm (or straight to Confirmed if you confirmed on the call).

Good to know

  • Alt+N opens a new order from any page.
  • A red badge on the phone means the customer returned orders before — confirm carefully.
  • Simple form (button at the top): only phone, name, address, city, products, discount, delivery charges and advance — booked today, notify on. Use Full form for a second phone, an earlier booking date, a later delivery or a replacement. Your choice is remembered.

Order details

Everything about one order: customer, products, money, courier and its full history.

How to use it

  1. Only the buttons for this stage show (Confirm, Pending, Ready to pack, Back, Unpack, Cancel). Dispatch happens on the dispatch scan (loadsheet) and Returned on the return scan.
  2. Delivered: with COD settlement it comes from the courier payment file; otherwise from the courier's tracking, and for your own rider or a courier without API press Delivered yourself.
  3. Pack (in Ready to pack) books the courier and prints the label. Unpack cancels the booking at the courier and clears the tracking — use it to change the courier.
  4. Edit changes products, address or charges (before it is packed). Use store credit applies the customer's credit.
  5. After dispatch: Customer sends it back, Customer kept only some items, Courier lost the parcel, or open a complaint / return.
  6. Assign / Assign to me gives the order to an agent; Prev / Next walk through the list. The timeline at the bottom shows who did what and when.

Good to know

  • Cancelling (any time before dispatch) cancels the courier booking too and releases the held stock. If the courier refuses, tick "cancel here only" and cancel on their portal.

Customers

Every buyer, found by phone number, with all their orders, deliveries, returns and complaints.

How to use it

  1. Search by phone or name. Open a customer to see their history and delivery rate.
  2. Import customers: upload your list as Excel / CSV (Download the template first). Name and mobile are needed; address, city and earlier orders / delivered / returned are optional and feed the risk badge. A number already here is filled in, never doubled.
  3. On a customer: New order (details filled in), WhatsApp, Store credit (give credit with a reason, when switched on), Edit.
  4. Block a number that places fake orders — new orders from it are flagged.

Good to know

  • New customers are made from orders by themselves; they are shared by all your stores.

Counter sale (shop POS)Pro plan

Sell to walk-in customers at the shop counter. Stock leaves the shop's location and cash is counted per shift.

How to use it

  1. Open counter with the cash in the drawer.
  2. Scan the barcode (the box is always ready, F2), or tap a product card — pick a category or type to search; use − / + to change the quantity.
  3. Take payment (cash / card / online / split) and print the receipt.
  4. Return / refund handles returns and exchanges from the same screen; Cash in / out records money added or taken from the drawer.
  5. Shift so far shows the running totals. At the end of the day Close counter: count the cash; the system shows any difference.

Good to know

  • Full screen (F8) hides the menu for a counter screen; F9 charges the sale.

Shop countersPro plan

Each cash counter of a shop: which store, which stock location.

How to use it

  1. Add a counter for every cash drawer.
  2. Link it to the shop location so stock comes from the right place.

Shifts & cashPro plan

Every opened and closed shift with sales, payments and the cash difference.

How to use it

  1. Open a shift to see its sales and cash moves.
  2. Print the shift report for the cashier to sign.

Good to know

  • A difference in red means the counted cash did not match.

Stock, packing & couriers

Delivery watch

The parcels on the road that need a human. Built from courier tracking — chase the stuck ones, remind out-for-delivery customers, and catch returns early. This is where returns are saved; the money side lives on Courier payments.

How to use it

  1. Stuck — a failed attempt or no movement for 2+ days. Tap WhatsApp to re-confirm the customer, or open the order to escalate with the courier.
  2. Out for delivery — remind these customers to keep cash ready; it lifts COD delivery.
  3. Coming back — parcels on their way back. Re-confirm and re-book before they become a confirmed return.

Good to know

  • The delivery rate at the top is this month, per all couriers. Open the order from any row for its full history.

Products

Your catalogue. Each product has one or more SKUs (colour / size), a price, cost and weight.

How to use it

  1. New product: name, category, brand and a clear main picture (it shows on orders, packing and bills).
  2. Add each SKU with its sale price, cost, barcode and weight in grams (used for courier booking).
  3. Import from Excel: one row per product (name, price, cost, opening stock; SKU, barcode, category optional). Download the template first. An existing SKU only gets its price and cost updated; opening stock goes to your main warehouse as one adjustment.
  4. Type: standard holds stock; bundle is made of other products; service has no stock. Products from Shopify are linked automatically — you only fill what is missing.

Good to know

  • Enter the cost on the product (or in the import); stock-in updates it to the average cost. Only people allowed to see cost can see it.
  • Give SKUs (n) gives proper SKUs to imported items that still have temporary SHP-… SKUs.

Stock

How much of every SKU is in each warehouse: on hand, held for orders (reserved), free to sell, damaged and waiting (backorder).

How to use it

  1. Free = on hand − reserved. This is what new orders can take.
  2. Tabs: All, Low stock, Backorders, To order, Out of stock, Damaged. Filter one location at a time.
  3. Click a SKU to see its movements in the stock ledger. Transfer and New adjustment start those documents.
  4. Damaged tab: mark items Repaired, Thrown away or Sent back to supplier.

Good to know

  • Stock changes only through documents (stock in, adjustment, transfer, orders) — never by typing a number here.

Stock adjustments

Opening stock, stock counts, damaged or lost items. Nothing changes until you post.

How to use it

  1. Choose the location and the reason (opening, count, damage …).
  2. Add lines: product, what to do (add / remove / set counted qty / mark damaged) and quantity.
  3. Save & post to apply it, or Save draft to finish later.

Good to know

  • For opening stock enter the unit cost too — it sets the product's average cost.

Stock transfersGrowth plan

Move stock between warehouses / shop. It leaves when dispatched and arrives when received.

How to use it

  1. Choose from and to location, add products and quantities.
  2. Dispatch when the goods leave.
  3. At the other end Receive — enter what actually arrived.

Good to know

  • While in transit, stock is in neither location's free stock.

Stock ledger

Every stock movement ever: what came in, what went out, why, by whom, and the balance after.

How to use it

  1. Filter by SKU, location, type or date.
  2. Click the reference to open the order / document behind a movement.

Good to know

  • Use it to answer "where did these pieces go?"

Catalog setup

Categories, brands and units used by products.

How to use it

  1. Add the categories and brands you sell.
  2. Units (piece, box, kg) are used on stock documents.

Stock in (goods received)Growth plan

Record goods arriving from a supplier (builty). Stock goes up when you post; cost can be finalised later.

How to use it

  1. Choose supplier, location, builty / bill number.
  2. Add products and the quantity received. Freight and other charges can be spread over the items.
  3. Post to add the stock. Someone allowed to see cost then presses Set cost & finalize with the supplier bill.

Good to know

  • Warehouse staff can receive goods without seeing purchase prices.

Purchase ordersGrowth plan

Optional: order from a supplier first, then receive against the PO.

How to use it

  1. Create the PO with products, quantities and agreed rates.
  2. When goods arrive, receive them (full or part) against it.

Good to know

  • Switch purchase orders on/off in Settings → Inventory.

SuppliersGrowth plan

People and companies you buy from.

How to use it

  1. Add name, phone, city and notes.
  2. Stock-in documents and purchase orders pick from this list.

Locations

Warehouses, shops and special areas (returns, damaged) where stock is kept.

How to use it

  1. Add every place that holds stock (up to your plan's limit; at the limit the button reads More warehouses or shops? See plans).
  2. Each store is linked to the warehouse it ships from (Settings → Stores & brands / Store details).

Good to know

  • With a one-warehouse plan this menu item is called Warehouse.

Pick list

One sheet for the warehouse team: every product (with picture and bin) to take from stock for all orders that can be packed now.

How to use it

  1. Choose Ready to pack, Confirmed in stock or Both (the numbers show how many orders).
  2. Pick a store if you pack one brand at a time.
  3. Check the list on screen, then Print loadsheet and give it to the pickers.

Good to know

  • Orders waiting for stock (backorder) are left out automatically.

Packing — one by oneGrowth plan

The oldest order in Ready to pack comes up by itself with its items and instructions. Pack it, weigh it, press one button — the courier slip prints and the next order comes up.

How to use it

  1. Read the Instructions (video, gift, fragile, note) and put the items shown in the parcel.
  2. Type the weight — grams (800) or kg (1.5). The courier is already chosen; change it if needed.
  3. Press Pack & print slip (or Enter). Tick Also print the order receipt to print it too.

Good to know

  • Skip for now puts an order aside; it comes back at the end.
  • Two packers never get the same order.
  • To pack a particular order, scan its slip in the box at the top.

Pack stationGrowth plan

Scan an order, scan each item into the box, and the order becomes Packed with its courier. For packing without scanning items, use Packing (one by one).

How to use it

  1. Scan the invoice barcode (or type the order number).
  2. Scan every product. The screen ticks each line; wrong items are refused.
  3. Check the courier and weight, then press Pack — the courier slip prints.

Good to know

  • A USB / Bluetooth barcode scanner works like a keyboard. On a phone use Camera.

Quick packGrowth plan

Pack many parcels fast: order number → weight → Enter, row by row, then pack them all (the courier is booked and labels print).

How to use it

  1. Choose Courier for all (or keep Preferred by city).
  2. Scan / type the order number, press Enter, type the weight (750 = grams, 1.5 = kg), Enter.
  3. Tick Same weight for every order to scan only order numbers.
  4. Change one parcel's courier from its row if needed.
  5. Pack & print labels. Red rows were not packed — the reason is written in the row.

Good to know

  • Only orders in Ready to pack can be packed. Couriers in test mode give TEST tracking numbers.

Dispatch to courier

Hand parcels to the rider: scan each packed parcel, then dispatch — stock leaves and a loadsheet prints for the rider to sign.

How to use it

  1. Choose the courier (buttons show how many packed parcels wait for each).
  2. Scan every parcel you hand over.
  3. Dispatch & print loadsheet. Get the rider's signature.

Good to know

  • A parcel booked with another courier is flagged when scanned.

Receive returns

Every parcel that comes back: from the courier, after delivery, partly missing, or one nobody can match.

How to use it

  1. Choose Good, Damaged, or Item by item, and the reason (it stays chosen for the next parcels).
  2. Scan the slip or tracking number. Good → sellable stock, damaged → damaged stock.
  3. Item by item: write how many are damaged and how many are not in the parcel — missing items open a courier claim by themselves.
  4. An order already marked Delivered asks "Yes, receive it" and becomes a customer return.
  5. Nothing found? Log as unknown parcel — later find its order on Customer returns.

Good to know

  • Scan returns the same day so stock and courier payments stay correct.
  • Lost parcel? Open the order → More → Courier lost the parcel.

Courier claimsGrowth plan

Money to ask couriers for: items missing from returned parcels, and parcels they lost.

How to use it

  1. Claims open by themselves from Receive returns (missing items) or the order page (Courier lost the parcel).
  2. Send the claim to the courier and press Sent to courier with their complaint number.
  3. When they pay or refuse, press Courier paid or Courier rejected.

Good to know

  • The red button on top lists parcels the courier says are returning for a week or more but never arrived.

Loadsheets

Every dispatch handed to a courier, with its parcels and rider.

How to use it

  1. Open a loadsheet to see its parcels.
  2. Reprint it any time.

Courier accounts

Your PostEx, Leopards, TCS … accounts. With API keys the system books, tracks and cancels by itself.

How to use it

  1. Add the account and type its API key / token in the form (never send keys on chat). Press Test connection.
  2. New accounts are in test mode: bookings get a TEST- number and nothing is sent. On go-live day the owner presses Go live (type LIVE); Back to test mode switches back.
  3. Mark one as Default courier — used when a city has no preferred courier.
  4. Rate card: Use standard rates or your own; one zone if prices are the same everywhere, or "Same city" / "Only these cities" zones. Add COD handling %, parcel fee and the return rule if your contract has them, and whether this courier deducts COD tax.

Good to know

  • Boxes marked Optional can stay empty; the grey text under them says what is used then.
  • Saved keys are encrypted and never shown again; leave the box empty to keep the old key.

Courier cities

The city list, with each courier's id and spellings, comes from the platform's master list and updates by itself. You only choose the preferred courier per city.

How to use it

  1. Set the preferred courier per city (or select many and use Set preferred courier) — bulk and quick booking use it.
  2. City missing? Use Request a city; once it is added it shows here.

Good to know

  • Orders match a city by its name or any of its other spellings, so "Lyallpur" or "FSD" still finds Faisalabad.

Printers on this computer

Silent printing: receipts, invoices, courier labels and the rest go straight to the right printer — no new tab and no print dialog. Uses the free QZ Tray program on this computer.

How to use it

  1. Install QZ Tray from qz.io/download.
  2. Download the certificate file and copy it into the QZ Tray folder as override.crt, then restart QZ Tray (so it never asks "Allow").
  3. Pick a printer for each printout, Test, and Save for this computer.

Good to know

  • Best on counter and packing PCs: the Windows app — printing is built in, no QZ Tray needed.
  • Each computer keeps its own choice — set up every counter and packing PC once.
  • If QZ Tray is closed, printing falls back to the normal print dialog.
  • Shop POS: tick Open the cash drawer to open it after a cash sale.

Courier payments (COD)Growth plan

Every payment a courier pays you — a cheque, a transfer, a CPR — checked parcel by parcel and matched to your bank. One row = one payment = one credit in the bank.

How to use it

  1. Automatic: every night the system asks each courier which parcels it paid and saves each payment, updating the orders (Delivered, real charges, tax). Switch it on or off per courier account (Payments tab). The time is set by the platform, outside packing hours.
  2. Review: a payment arrives as Needs review. Good = the courier's amount matches ours and nothing is flagged — approve in one click (or Approve all good). Check / Bad — open it: every flag says what is wrong and what to do.
  3. Revert puts every parcel back exactly as it was before the payment (status, charges, tax); the payment stays on record as Reverted. A parcel that moved on since (received back, in a later payment) is kept and listed.
  4. Mark received in bank when the money lands: date, account, amount. A different amount makes the payment Bad until explained.
  5. Upload payment file still works for any courier (CSV or Excel). Parcels already paid automatically are skipped, never counted twice.
  6. Parcels awaiting payment lists COD out with the couriers; Overdue = delivered longer ago than the courier's "pays within" days and still unpaid.

Good to know

  • Reviewing needs the Approve or revert courier payments permission; the Owner has it.
  • Without a courier statement (PostEx) the amount of a payment is the sum of its parcels — the bank receipt confirms it.

ComplaintsGrowth plan

Customer problems — wrong item, damaged, missing, warranty — each as a ticket until solved.

How to use it

  1. New complaint: find the order, choose the type and describe the problem (photos can be attached).
  2. Assign it to a person; keep notes and messages on the ticket.
  3. Close with a resolution (replacement, refund, repair …).

Good to know

  • Customers can also report a problem from the tracking page; it arrives here.

Customer returnsGrowth plan

Items a customer sends back after delivery, parcels that came back for delivered orders, partly delivered orders and unknown parcels.

How to use it

  1. Make one from a complaint (Arrange return) or the order (More → Customer sends it back). Choose the reason.
  2. Book pickup: with Leopards or Daewoo it is booked with the courier from here (customer → you, no cash) and its tracking moves the return to On the way / To check by itself; for others type the tracking no. Then Receive & check: good → stock, damaged → damaged stock, not in parcel → missing. If a different item came back, choose it.
  3. Unknown parcel? Find its order first.
  4. Refund pays the customer back (needs the refund permission); the "To refund" tab lists checked returns not refunded yet.

Good to know

  • Damaged stock is cleared on Stock → Damaged tab: Repaired, Thrown away or Sent back to supplier.

Wholesale, money, team & settings

DealersPro plan

Shops and dealers you sell to in bulk. Each has a rate group, a credit limit, payment days and a khata (ledger).

How to use it

  1. Add dealer: business name, contact, phone, city. Put them in a rate group (A dealers, distributors …).
  2. Credit limit: empty = no limit, 0 = cash only. Opening balance = what they owe you, with Owed since so the aging is right. Area / route groups them for recovery rounds.
  3. Open a dealer to see balance, overdue money (by days late), pending cheques and the full khata.
  4. From the dealer page: New bill, Receive payment, WhatsApp balance (with a statement link they can open), statement, returns and debit / credit notes.

Good to know

  • Turn On hold on to stop new bills until they pay (a manager can still override).

Wholesale billsPro plan

A bill for a dealer. Rates fill in from the dealer's group (and show what they paid last time); credit limit and stock are checked while you type.

How to use it

  1. Choose the dealer. Balance, cheques not cleared, overdue and limit show under it; the due date fills from their terms.
  2. Scan a barcode or type a SKU in the box on top and press Enter — the product is added (scan again = one more). Or add rows by hand.
  3. Free = scheme pieces (10 + 1): they leave stock but are not charged. Red stock number = not enough free stock.
  4. Save & deliver now is the normal way: payment now (cash, bank, online or cheque), vehicle / builty, print. Save, deliver later keeps the stock aside.
  5. After delivery the bill is on the khata and the Unpaid column shows what is left on it (oldest bills are paid first). Use Goods returned for returns.

Good to know

  • A cheque counts as paid only when it is cleared — until then it is still in the credit limit.
  • Print a delivery challan (no prices) for the loader / driver.

Payments & chequesPro plan

Money received from dealers (cash, bank, JazzCash / EasyPaisa, cheque) and your cheque register.

How to use it

  1. Receive payment: dealer, amount, method. A cheque needs its number (bank and date help).
  2. Cheques: in hand → Deposited in bank → Cheque cleared. Tick many and use the buttons on top to do them together.
  3. Until it is cleared a cheque is NOT counted as paid — not in "Collected", not in the aging, and it stays in the credit limit.
  4. Bounced? Cheque bounced puts the amount (and bank charges) back on the dealer.
  5. Typed by mistake? Reverse (wrong entry) — the receipt stays, the amount goes back on the dealer.

Good to know

  • "Cheques in hand" is sorted by cheque date — post-dated cheques are marked.

Dealer returnsPro plan

Goods a dealer sends back. Stock comes in (good or damaged) and the value comes off their khata.

How to use it

  1. Choose the dealer and the bill — its products fill in at the price they really paid (bill discount and free pieces taken off).
  2. Enter the quantity, condition (good / damaged) and why (expired, damaged, not selling …).
  3. Keep a deduction for handling / damage if agreed, then Save & post.

Good to know

  • You cannot return more than was billed, or credit more than they paid. Not against a bill? The price they paid last time fills in.

Dealer groups & ratesPro plan

Price tiers. A group gets its own rate per product, or a % off retail where no rate is set.

How to use it

  1. Add a group and its default % off retail.
  2. Open the group to add product rates — add a second line "from quantity 50" for a bulk rate.
  3. Put dealers in groups from the dealer form.

Good to know

  • Order of rates: dealer's special rate → group rate → rate for all dealers → group % off → retail.

Targets & commissionPro plan

Each salesman's monthly sales and collection target, how much is done, and the commission.

How to use it
